Recipe - Crockpot Burger Casserole

500g lean beef mince
2 cups sliced raw potatoes
1 1/2 cups sliced carrots
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup frozen corn kernels
1 can tomato soup
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
Salt & Pepper to taste
Brown the mince, onion, celery and mushrooms in a fry pan. Add meat mixture plus all other ingredients into a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
